⚠️ IMPORTANT: Nirium Protocol is experimental, unaudited software deployed on Stellar Testnet only. All operations use test tokens with NO monetary value. Nothing herein constitutes financial advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation of investment of any kind.
Nirium Protocol ("Nirium") is experimental, unaudited software currently deployed exclusively on the Stellar Testnet. All interactions involve test tokens with NO monetary value. Nirium does not manage, control, or custody any real financial assets at this stage. Past performance of any algorithm, strategy, or agent — including ELO scores and simulated metrics — does NOT guarantee or imply future results. Variable returns are inherent to DeFi protocols, and users should expect significant volatility and the possibility of total loss when interacting with any decentralized protocol. Nirium is developed under the Stellar Community Fund (SCF) Instawards program. The project is in active development and should be treated as a technology prototype.
Nothing on this website, in the documentation, in the source code, or in any communication from the Nirium team constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions based on information provided by or through Nirium. The Nirium team, its contributors, and its affiliates are not registered financial advisors, broker-dealers, or investment companies in any jurisdiction.
The Soroban smart contracts deployed by Nirium (including NiriumVault, ELO Registry, Strategy Marketplace, Neural Sentinel, Settlement Hub, and Skill Vault) have NOT been formally audited by any third-party security firm. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could result in loss of funds, unexpected behavior, or exploitation. While reasonable care has been taken during development, Nirium provides these contracts on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty of any kind. Users interact with these contracts at their own risk and should review the source code independently before any interaction.
Nirium utilizes autonomous AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) including DeepSeek-R1 and other providers. These agents make autonomous economic decisions and execute on-chain transactions. AI systems are inherently unpredictable. LLMs may exhibit "hallucinations," produce incorrect analysis, or make suboptimal economic decisions. Network latency, oracle manipulation, or provider outages can cause agents to execute transactions under unfavorable conditions. By activating any agent, swarm, or automated loop, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from autonomous execution. Nirium developers bear no responsibility for decisions made by AI agents.
Nirium is currently deployed EXCLUSIVELY on the Stellar Testnet. Key implications: • All tokens used are TEST TOKENS with zero monetary value • Transactions are recorded on a test blockchain that may be reset • Performance metrics, yields, and statistics shown in the dashboard are SIMULATED • No real financial operations are being conducted • Mainnet deployment is planned for a future phase pending security audits and regulatory review The testnet deployment serves as a technology validation environment. Features shown on this site represent capabilities under development and are not indicative of production-ready functionality.
